Greg was raised in St. Tammany Parish, before attending LSU, SLU, and Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He has earned a B.A. in General Business Administration, an M.B.A. with a concentration in Helathcare Administration, and his J.D.
Before founding A+M, Greg accumulated litigation experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, commercial litigation, criminal defense, and family law. Greg has also served many clients in an advisory capacity concerning business organization and regulatory compliance in various industries including construction, renewable energy, alcohol and tobacco, healthcare, and financial services.
Josh has resided in Baton Rouge since 2003. He earned both a B.A.. in Political Science as well as his J.D. from LSU.
Before founding A+M, Josh’s career including practicing as an attorney in both the public and private sectors. Josh served Louisiana as Assistant Executive Counsel for the Governor and as counsel for the Commissioner of Administration. Josh’s experience in the private sector has focused on commercial litigation, business transactions, as well as estate planning and successions
Josh resides in Baton Rouge with his wife, Charlotte, and daughter, Camille. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with his family. Josh is a member of Forum 35, the Complete Streets Citizens Advisory Committee, and serves as a member of the board of directors for Baton Rouge Bridge Academy, a charter school located in North Baton Rouge.
